This is the first time Alfie fed himself. He used a Boon silicone feeder that Uncle Trent bought him. He absolutely loved it.

He ended up eating 4 slices of banana out of it and was completely covered. He needed a bath and I took his high chair outside and just hosed it down.

Banana is without a doubt his favourite food (zucchini is a close second)

Tonight Alfie chose Daddy as his snuggle bunny.

And then decided to kick the bejesus out of his face hehehe

For BaaBaa’s birthday, we had a family photo shoot done. We had some awesome pics taken of our little man with with his family 🙂 these are a few of the sneak peeks.

When Alfie was 5.5 months old, he started upping the ante on his communication. He now coughs at Daddy to get his attention and keeps going until he looks at him. He also started this high pitched screeching. The screeching can be quite piercing and embarrassing when he’s doing it in public.

It was Mummy’s turn to choose where we went for date night this month so I changed it to date day 🙂 we went to Leapfrogs Cafe for pizza and a drink and then played mini golf.

Alfie was such a good boy. He fell asleep at the end of our meal and then woke up about half way through the course. He was happy to just sit and chill in his pram while we played.

This is the time that Alfie almost disappeared under the couch to poo!
